A trunk show is a special event where a bridal boutique hosts an extended collection from a specific designer, far beyond what they carry in-store day-to-day. At La Mariée, we carefully curate a selection of gowns from each of our designers, but a trunk show gives our brides the rare opportunity to try on styles they wouldn’t normally find on our floor.
How does it work?
For a limited time, the designer sends a larger portion of their collection to the boutique. That means more silhouettes, more details, more options — and often, exclusive promotions on gowns purchased during the event. It’s also a chance for boutiques like ours to introduce new designers to our brides and see what resonates in our market.
Trunk shows are especially worth attending if you’re looking for something unique, still exploring different styles, or have a specific designer on your wishlist.
