Elizabeth is the face you're most likely to meet when you walk into La Mariée. She runs the boutique day-to-day and leads sales and marketing for the house — but her quiet gift is the one brides describe long after the appointment is over: she has a way of matching the right woman to the right gown. The moment a bride steps out in her dress — the one that was always meant to be hers — there's a good chance Elizabeth is why she found it. Together with her mother, Heidi, she built La Mariée into a house where the bride is always the one at the center of the story.

Heidi is the operational heart of La Mariée. Most of what she does lives behind the scenes — keeping the boutique running so that everything a bride sees feels effortless. When she's in-store, brides quickly discover her signature gift: she knows exactly how to finish a look. The veil that belongs with that neckline, the earring that belongs with that bodice, the small accessory that pulls the whole silhouette into focus. She co-founded La Mariée with her daughter, Elizabeth, on a simple belief — that the right gown should find the bride, not the other way around.

She is drawn to sophisticated, transformative looks — pearl buttons, dramatic overskirts, and Art Deco-inspired elegance — and she has a gift for guiding brides toward unexpected options that end up being exactly right. Above all, Victoria’s greatest priority is your well-being: she wants every bride to feel safe, supported, and celebrated not just for how she looks, but for who she is.

She's a natural at helping brides sort the stress from what truly matters, quick with a laugh, and never afraid to tell the truth when it matters most. For Kamryn, there's no better moment than watching a bride's whole face change the second she finds "the one," and making genuine friendships along the way.
